Key Qualifications:
Valid Special Education teaching certification Experience delivering targeted reading instruction Strong knowledge of writing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Familiarity with serving elementary and middle-school aged students (ages 7-13) Excellent communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and small-group reading instruction for a student caseload of 12 Develop, write, and implement IEPs to support student learning goals Track student progress and collaborate closely with staff and families Adapt teaching techniques to suit varied learning needs and styles Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
