What Youll Bring:

Active Pennsylvania Special Education Teacher certification Up-to-date Pennsylvania clearances Proven experience or strong dedication to teaching students with diverse needs Skills in adapting curriculum and differentiating instruction Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Your Day-to-Day:

Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to support IEP goals Assess student progress and adjust strategies to meet varied needs Create a positive, structured learning environment that encourages growth Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and administration Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance requirements Foster an atmosphere of respect, encouragement, and inclusion for all students Scheduled hours are from 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM, ensuring you have a predictable routine while impacting students lives each day.
