SPECIAL NEEDS CAREGIVER I

am looking for a reliable, responsible, compassionate, and dependable individual to work with an adult with special needs. This individual is an adult with special needs who enjoys community outings, activities, and traveling. Consistency, structure, patience, and dependable support are extremely important to his daily routine and well-being.

The ideal candidate should be:

Extremely reliable and punctual. Compassionate, patient, and respectful. Attentive and responsible throughout shifts. Comfortable working while following established routines and guidelines. Able to recognize and respond appropriately to his needs. Comfortable providing support and redirection when necessary. Willing to follow safety and household guidelines. A good communicator and team player. Committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Able to make a dependable, long-term commitment to the position Reliability is extremely important, because this position entails the support of an individual with special needs, consistent attendance and punctuality are essential. Frequent call-outs, lateness, or missed shifts can significantly affect his routine and the rest of the support team. Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other special needs is preferred, but I am willing to consider someone who demonstrates the right attitude, compassion, dependability, and willingness to learn. Starting pay is $25 per hour, up to 40 hours per week.
