Category Schools - Special Education Teacher - Telehealth Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for Special Education Teachers to deliver telehealth and teletherapy services across multiple grade levels. These remote teaching roles focus on providing specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs within elementary, middle, and high school settings.

Contract Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs through teletherapy sessions Adapt instructional materials and methods to meet the specific learning requirements of each student remotely Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies Provide timely documentation and reports regarding student performance and therapy sessions Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards in all teletherapy communications
Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teaching Certification Experience in teletherapy or telehealth modalities preferred Strong knowledge of special education laws and individualized education plans (IEPs) Excellent communication skills and ability to engage students in a virtual learning environment Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting This role offers the chance to support students with special needs through innovative telehealth approaches, enhancing educational access and outcomes.
