•36/hour We are currently seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher to provide fully virtual services to students attending a brick-and-mortar school in Oklahoma. This is a part-time opportunity with a schedule of approximately 25 hours per week. Position Details Provide special education services virtually while students remain onsite at their school campus Schedule generally follows the school's typical academic calendar and school-day schedule Both direct and indirect services are compensated at the contracted hourly rate Hourly pay is issued weekly in full, with no income taxes withheld Caseload and specific student assignments will be determined based on school and student needs What We Provide Access to our dedicated virtual service platform Zoom Pro account for virtual service delivery Clinical and Technical Support Team available throughout the assignment Ongoing clinical and technical support for the duration of the assignment Qualifications Active Oklahoma teaching license or certification appropriate for special education A minimum of two years of recent school-based experience within the past five years is strongly preferred Candidates who do not meet the experience preference may still be considered based on their qualifications and relevant experience Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with onsite faculty, students, and parents Comfortable working independently and providing special education services in a virtual environment Contractor Information This position is offered on a 1099 independent contractor basis. The contracted hourly rate applies to both direct and indirect services and is paid weekly in full. No income taxes are withheld, and contractors are responsible for their own taxes and any desired benefits, retirement, or insurance coverage.
