Key Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or a related field Valid teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain) Experience working with students who have diverse learning needs and IEPs Strong knowledge of differentiated instruction and classroom management techniques Collaborative spirit with effective communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with data-driven instruction and progress monitoring

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction tailored to meet IEP goals and students unique needs Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs in coordination with multidisciplinary teams Adapt curriculum and use a range of strategies to support students academic, social, and emotional growth Foster a caring and inclusive classroom culture Monitor student progress regularly and communicate effectively with families and staff members Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and district regulations regarding special education services Participate in all required meetings, trainings, and school events as needed
