Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Valid teaching certification in Special Education Experience working with K-12 students with diverse abilities Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet individual needs Positive attitude with a passion for supporting students of all backgrounds
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student growth Provide direct, small group, and one-on-one instruction based on student needs Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success Monitor progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary Document progress and maintain accurate student records in compliance with regulations Foster an inclusive and respectful classroom environment Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities
