Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field Valid teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility for certification) Experience working with students with disabilities in a classroom setting Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in diverse teams and environments
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver differentiated instruction for students with varying needs Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment Track student progress, provide regular feedback, and collaborate with families and staff Utilize technology and innovative teaching resources to enhance learning
