About the Role As a Special Education Instructor, you'll join a passionate and growing team dedicated to meeting the full spectrum of our students' needs — academic, behavioral, vocational, and therapeutic. Due to exciting program expansion, we are serving a larger and more diverse student population than ever, and we're building our team to match. A key part of this expansion is the launch of new vocational programming — giving students real-world skills, workplace readiness, and pathways to greater independence. You'll work with students diagnosed with emotional disorders, intellectual disabilities, or other developmental challenges in a structured, supportive environment, serving not just as an instructor but as a mentor, advocate, and champion. ??
