This contract role starts July 17 and extends through June 2, supporting students from K4 to 5th grade in a welcoming, collaborative school setting. Youll become one of three dedicated special education professionals, taking on a key position in the extended resource/self-contained classroom. Youll work with a supportive teaching assistant, guiding 8-12 students with varying instructional needssome attend all day, while others join for targeted instruction in ELA or math. Your expertise will help shape individualized strategies, foster growth, and create a positive, inclusive learning space.

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification Experience in a resource or self-contained classroom preferred Ability to tailor instruction to a diverse group of learners Strong communication and collaboration skills Dedication to creating engaging and supportive environments for all students

Responsibilities:
