Key Qualifications:
Valid (or pending) South Carolina certification in Special Education Experience working with students with learning disabilities preferred Ability to adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student needs Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with colleagues and families Passion for fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom atmosphere Commitment to onsite, in-person instructionPrimary Responsibilities:
Provide direct instruction in a self-contained LD (Learning Disabilities) classroom Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and team members Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff Foster a positive, disciplined, and engaging learning environment for all students Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunitiesRole Benefits:
