• This is a piece-rate position, where delivery fees are calculated based on the volume of deliveries completed. Delivery fees are settled every two weeks, subject to a two-week lag: fees for Weeks 1 and 2 are settled during Week 4; fees for Weeks 3 and 4 are settled during Week 6; and fees for Weeks 5 and 6 are settled during Week 8.
