What Were Looking For:

Valid state licensure/certification in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher serving K-12 populations preferred Solid knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring Strong collaboration skills to work with school administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in new school settings Passion for creating inclusive, supportive learning environments
