Key Qualifications & Experience:
Valid South Carolina Special Education Certification (required) Experience working with a range of student abilities and behavioral needs preferred Strong ability to develop and adapt Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents, staff, and related service providers Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver differentiated instruction to support academic, social, and emotional growth Manage a caseload spanning various grade and skill levels Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and classroom management strategies Collaborate closely with general education teachers and support staff Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and update IEPs as needed
