Hours:

37.5 hours/week Responsibilities Deliver specially designed instruction aligned with IEP goals Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance Adapt curriculum and materials to meet diverse learning needs Participate and lead IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education Valid state teaching credential with appropriate Special Education endorsement Experience in school-based settings preferred Familiarity with IEP development and implementation Strong classroom management and differentiation skills Passion for inclusive education and supporting all learners Why Join Sage Connections?
