The Personal Care Aided is responsible for providing exceptional care and services to residents in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent bedside manner, and the ability to work with a client in a caring and professional environment.

Essential Functions:

• Provide care that is compassionate, caring, and supportive to all residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care for quality assurance purposes.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care for quality assurance purposes.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Must have a Driver's License
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday Mornings.

Pay:

From $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
