Qualifications & Skills:

Valid South Carolina Special Education Teaching License with Early Childhood endorsements Experience working with PreK and/or early childhood special education populations Solid understanding of developmental delays and best practice interventions Strong communication and collaboration abilities Commitment to onsite-only engagement—remote work is not available for this role

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized instruction to 3-year-old students in a DD PreK setting Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each child's unique strengths and needs Create a positive, inclusive classroom climate to encourage student engagement Collaborate closely with paraprofessionals, families, and related service personnel Monitor student progress, making data-driven adjustments in methods and supports Maintain all documentation and compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
