Qualifications:

Active special education teaching certification (PreK preferred, but elementary accepted) Experience with a range of disabilities (ID, OHI, EBD, Specific LD, behavioral needs) Strong classroom management and collaboration skills Ability to work onsite full-time, MondayThursday, 7:30am4:00pm Dedication to individualized student support

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of 1011 students with varied disabilities Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, and administrators Adapt teaching strategies for high behavioral students
