Qualifications & Experience:
Valid and active DOE Certification required Must be eligible for state-mandated fingerprinting and background checks Experience working as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing preferred Ability to adapt instruction to various age groups (specific details to be provided as caseloads are finalized) Strong communication and collaboration skills Dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environmentCore Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative services to Deaf and Hard of Hearing students across assigned schools Develop and implement IEPs and adapt curriculum materials for individual student success Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families Advocate for student access, accommodations, and communication preferences Provide guidance, support, and educational resources to colleagues and families Participate in school-based meetings and professional development as requiredPosition Highlights:
