Beginning as soon as possible through May 2027, you will work 37.5 hours per week across five structured school days. Your caseload will focus on elementary-age students, collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team committed to providing individualized support. Those with prior elementary experience will thrive in this role, leveraging their background to foster academic and social growth for every child on your roster.

Qualifications:

Valid Tennessee Special Education Teacher certification Demonstrated experience or strong interest in elementary education Ability to effectively manage caseloads and documentation requirements Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Design engaging instructional activities that accommodate diverse learning styles Collaborate with general educators, support staff, and parents Track student progress, modify instructional approaches, and provide regular updates to stakeholders Provide behavior intervention and classroom management as necessary
