Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to inspire and nurture the minds of young learners. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create engaging lesson plans, foster a positive classroom environment, and support children's developmental milestones. As a Teacher, you will play a vital part in shaping the educational journey of children across various age groups, ensuring they develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help cultivate a love for learning and support each child's unique growth trajectory. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive curricula tailored to early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills. Design dynamic lesson plans that promote active learning and cater to diverse learning styles. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to monitor student progress and address individual needs. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to evaluate student development and inform instruction. Support children with special education needs through tailored interventions and early intervention strategies. Maintain detailed records of student activities, progress reports, and behavioral observations. Promote child welfare by ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times during classroom activities. Experience Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or preschool settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across core subjects such as literacy, math, and physical education. Experience working with children with diverse needs, including special education or early intervention programs. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in classroom management. Familiarity with Montessori or other educational philosophies is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Previous experience in daycare or private school environments is advantageous. Pay:
$1,600.00 - $3,200.00 per month
