Desired Qualifications:

Valid Tennessee teaching license with Special Education credentials 459 Endorsement and CDC certification required Previous experience working with PreK students or in early childhood special education preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Collaborative approach to working with fellow educators, paraprofessionals, and families Enthusiasm for advancing inclusive, engaging educational opportunities
