Desired Qualifications:

Valid Special Education teaching license meeting Tennessee requirements 460 endorsement or 145 endorsement suitable for Middle School Intervention Previous experience working with middle school-aged students in a special education context preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes and accommodations Ability to cultivate a supportive, inclusive classroom where every student can succeed Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, parents, and school teams

Key Responsibilities:
