Position Details Pay Rate:

$45 to $48 per hour Plus an

Self-Contained Classrooms, RISE Program, and Life Skills Classrooms Key Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Provide direct instruction tailored to student needs Foster a positive, structured classroom environment Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff Monitor student progress and maintain documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet diverse learner needs Qualifications Valid Texas Special Education Certification required CORE and General Education (GEN) certifications required Experience working with students in special education settings preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills
