Preferred Skills and Experience:

Valid Texas General and Special Education Certification (active) Experience or strong interest working in self-contained classrooms Familiarity with Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) best practices Strong communication skills for collaboration with families, staff, and support personnel Commitment to creating an inclusive, nurturing classroom atmosphere
