ValidTX SPED EC-12
certification is a must Experience working in special education or similar settings Familiarity with adaptive curriculum and individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for supporting students with diverse needs in early childhoodPrimary Responsibilities:
Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to life skills and functional academics for young children Develop, update, and follow individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educational teams, support staff, and families to maximize student success Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters growth and independence Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed Participate in professional development and ongoing training as requiredBenefits Include:
