What You'll Bring:

Hold a valid Special Education license, certified for grades 4-8 (EC-6th certification will also be considered) Background in delivering specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs, especially in mild/moderate settings Ability to build a nurturing, inclusive classroom culture Strong communication skills to collaborate with paraprofessionals, RBTs, and families Experience with lesson planning, progress monitoring, and adapting curriculum as needed Commitment to empowering students in grades 6-8 to reach their highest potential

What You'll Do:

Provide direct instruction and support for a caseload of 10 students in a self-contained setting Foster student growth using evidence-based strategies and accommodations Guide and co-manage the classroom with one to two paraprofessionals consistently present Work closely with the support team and use available resources, including RBT access, to address student needs.
