Qualifications:
Certification and experience as an Educational Diagnostician In-depth knowledge of special education laws and evaluation processes Expertise in conducting educational assessments and interpreting results Strong organizational, documentation, and collaboration abilities Excellent interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and familiesKey Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive educational evaluations to determine students' eligibility for special education services Analyze assessment data and prepare thorough reports in accordance with established guidelines Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding evaluation results and individualized recommendations Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as a subject matter expert on assessment and special education eligibility This contract position allows you to expand your professional horizons and positively impact students at a crucial stage of their educational journey.
