You will manage a caseload of 100-120 active students, balancing initial assessments, ongoing evaluations, and re-evaluations, all while contributing to a thriving academic environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Current TX Educator Certification as an Educational Diagnostician (required) Experience with middle and/or high school populations Strong background in conducting comprehensive educational assessments and re-evaluations Familiarity with district and state-specific compliance and documentation standards Effective communicator able to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families Keen eye for organization and managing multiple priorities

What Youll Do:

Conduct detailed educational evaluations and re-evaluations for students Interpret assessment results to guide eligibility and intervention planning Work in partnership with multidisciplinary teams to support students IEP processes Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines Serve as a resource for teachers and staff regarding educational strategies and program needs Provide ongoing consultation for progress monitoring and program adjustments
