As a key contributor, you will help guide and support the academic and functional development of your students while fostering an environment of respect, growth, and perseverance.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Certified Special Education Teacher with experience working in school settings Familiarity with life-skills programs, especially at the elementary school level (grades 2-5) Strong background in case management and IEP development, including serving as a Frontline lead for IEP work Experience supporting or leading SAMA-trained environments (restraint certification) Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about meeting the unique needs of every learner

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored instruction and interventions based on students' IEP goals Manage caseloads and oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs Collaborate with administrators, related service providers, teachers, and families to create a positive and effective learning climate Assist with daily dismissal duties, with the potential for para support for coverage Foster independence, social skills, and positive behaviors within a structured, supportive classroom
