This contract opportunity offers an immediate start and extends through May 27, 2027, providing stability and the chance to truly make a difference in a dynamic school environment near Olton, TX. Youll have the unique opportunity to support a substantial caseload of approximately 90 students, many of whom require speech-only services. Your leadership skills will be essential as you oversee six dedicated paraprofessionals, helping to drive student growth and achievement each day.

Key Qualifications:

Active Special Education Teacher License in Texas Demonstrated experience or comfort working with young learners (PreK-1st grade) Proven ability to write IEPs and complete progress reports Confident in leading ARD meetings and managing a large, diverse caseload Strong organization, collaboration, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Monitor student progress and prepare reports for families and team members Guide and supervise six paraprofessionals to ensure effective classroom support Regularly participate in ARD meetings and contribute to collaborative team efforts Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
