What We're Looking For:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification Experience with behavior-focused plans and interventions Background in structured/lifeskills (life skills) curriculum implementation Knowledge of ECSE best practices and developmental milestones Highly organized, adaptable, and committed to evidence-based educational techniques Strong collaboration and communication abilities with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Proven ability to develop and deliver IEPs aligned with student needs Familiarity with compliance standards and maintaining meticulous paperwork
