Teachers will play a crucial role in shaping individualized education plans, participating in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings, and collaborating with colleagues and specialists. Qualifications and Experience:

Active Texas Department of Education License with Special Education Endorsement is required Proven experience attending and contributing to ARD meetings Foundational understanding of EC-6 educational needs and life skills instruction Commitment to school dress code policies (professional attire, single color hair, limited earrings, tattoos covered) Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
