Valid Special Education Teaching Certification Experience in creating and adapting lesson plans to support a variety of learning styles and needs Strong ability to communicate with students, families, and colleagues Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment Skills in data collection and progress monitoring for student IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) Adaptable, solution-oriented, and eager to work as part of a collaborative team
