As the sole educator on this caseload, you'll play an essential role in addressing unique learning and behavioral needs, including self-injurious behaviors, using creative and compassionate teaching methods.

Key Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification Experience working with students with significant communication needs, preferably non-verbal learners Previous involvement with self-injurious or challenging behaviors and effective de-escalation techniques Familiarity with IEP development and implementation Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with families, caregivers, and any interdisciplinary team members Flexibility regarding hours, term length, and location, as these will be confirmed based on the student's needs Ability and willingness to provide services in the student's home environment

Role Responsibilities:
