Job Overview Just for Kids Preschool is currently seeking passionate Lead Teachers with a love for helping little people, we are looking for several qualified teachers to join our dedicated team. As a teacher you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for yourng children to learn, grow and develop essential skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities using provided currriculum. Lead daily classroom activities that promote literacy, math skills, physical development, and social-emotional learning Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share updates on child development, progress, and classroom events Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate records of incidents and student information Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages a child's exploration, creativity and self expression.

Qualifications:

At least 6 months experience working with children in an educational setting. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and early intervention strategies Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children. Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies for young children Certification in first aid and CPR is required or willing to get.
