Two contract opportunities are available for dedicated Special Education Teachers to work in-person with middle and high school students. The assignment runs through June 18, 2027, offering steady hours and the chance to engage meaningfully with students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized instruction and case management to students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct student evaluations and collaborate on IEP development and implementation Maintain accurate records and progress monitoring data Communicate regularly with families, general educators, and school staff Supervise and support paraeducators (high school position) Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment, adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

Active, valid teaching certification in Special Education as required by state guidelines Experience supporting students with a range of learning and behavioral needs, including IEP management Proficiency in conducting evaluations and assessments for education planning Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to partner effectively with multidisciplinary teams Adaptability, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm for fostering student success Comfortable working exclusively in person within a school setting

Assignment Details:
