Open Roles:

Middle School Special Educator:

Teach and case-manage 5th and 6th graders, perform evaluations, and prepare IEPs.

High School Special Educator:

Case manage, deliver direct instruction to students with IEPs, and supervise paraeducators.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid Special Education teaching credentials meeting Vermont state requirements Expertise with IEP preparation, case management, and differentiated instruction Commitment to on-site, in-person collaboration (remote options not available) Strong communication and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction adapted for students with diverse needs Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and prepare appropriate documentation Collaborate with school staff, families, and paraeducators Oversee and support paraeducator performance as needed
