Job Description

Your expertise in developing individualized education programs and providing targeted instruction will shape the academic and social success of students with diverse learning needs.
What Were Looking For:
Valid certification or licensure as a Special Education Teacher Experience working with students who have learning differences or disabilities Strong skills in individualized education plan (IEP) development and implementation Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with general education staff, specialists, and families Ability to adapt lessons and teaching strategies to meet varied student needs Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver lessons tailored to the individual needs and IEPs of each student Assess student abilities and progress, adapting teaching as needed to maximize learning outcomes Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to ensure a comprehensive educational approach Establish a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that fosters social and academic growth Maintain accurate records and update IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing program evaluation to help build a thriving learning community Step into a role that values your dedication to educational equity and your passion for student development.
