Key Qualifications:
Hold an active State of Vermont Special Education Teacher certification (required). Experience working with elementary or middle school students in special education settings preferred. Strong skills in developing and implementing IEPs. Passion for advocating for students with diverse learning needs. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to providing instruction exclusively in person.Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to support students unique learning needs. Deliver direct instructional support and differentiation in a classroom setting. Collaborate regularly with general education and related service staff to foster inclusive learning environments. Monitor student progress and collect data to drive instructional changes. Communicate frequently with families regarding student goals, progress, and resources. Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state and district guidelines.Benefits and Perks:
