What Were Looking For:

Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children in pediatric settings Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative, school-based team environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech, language, and communication therapy services to students Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students' unique needs Collaborate regularly with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student success Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to educational planning Stay current with best practices in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
