Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teacher license with endorsement in Vermont, or eligibility for Vermont endorsement Experience with elementary grade levels preferred Familiarity with mild/moderate caseloads Strong interpersonal and communication skills Adaptability in diverse educational environments
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging instruction, modifications, and accommodations for students with mild/moderate needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Foster inclusive, supportive classroom environments Track and report on student progress to parents and staff Participate in professional development and ongoing training during the contract (8/11/26 - 6/15/27)
