ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Special Education Teacher to provide individualized instruction for children and young adults with behavioral and learning challenges. Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with families and school partners. Use data and progress monitoring to adjust instruction and interventions. Implement positive behavior support and classroom management strategies. Collaborate daily with therapists, behavior analysts, and clinicians on student plans. Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and district partners on progress. Adapt curriculum and materials to meet diverse learning and behavioral needs. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with special education regulations. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development.
