About This Position:

We are seeking an experienced Special Education Teacher to support a Transition Classroom serving students ages 18-22. This position focuses on helping young adults build independence, life skills, and readiness for post-school life. It is an onsite role in a school district that values a steady, seasoned presence in the classroom.

Responsibilities Include:

Providing instruction and support in a Transition Classroom for students ages 18-22 Developing and implementing instructional services and support as indicated in each student's IEP. Collaborating with school staff, families, and related service providers Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with state and district requirements Creating a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment

Requirements:
