Required Qualifications:
Valid Washington State Special Education license and ESA certificate (verification required) Minimum 5 years of professional Special Education teaching experience (mid-career level) Previous school-based experience specifically in transition or secondary settings strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
Full-time, onsite instruction (37.5 hours/week) in a transition classroom for students ages 18-22 Develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned to transition goals Foster independence and life skills appropriate for the age group Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community agencies
