Job Description

KinderCare seeks a Senior Teacher to lead high-quality early childhood classrooms at our Howard KinderCare center. In this role, you will design engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans, guide classroom teachers, and ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. You will partner closely with families, track each child's progress, and adapt instruction to individual needs. Senior Teachers model best practices, support curriculum implementation, mentor junior staff, and help maintain classroom compliance with licensing and safety standards while contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
