We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and attentive childcare professional to provide overnight support for a toddler with autism on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who brings patience, consistency, and a calm presence to create a safe and nurturing overnight environment. The right candidate will be committed to supporting the child's comfort, routine, and well-being while maintaining clear communication with the family.

HORICON,WI.

Position starts with part-time day/evening hours with increase to overnights once established. Additional hours available based on candidate availability.

•Responsibilities Provide attentive overnight supervision and ensure the child's safety at all times. Support bedtime, nighttime awakenings, and morning transition routines as needed. Follow established care instructions, routines, and preferences provided by the family. Respond calmly and appropriately to the child's needs during the night. Maintain a peaceful, structured, and soothing environment. Communicate important observations, concerns, or updates to the family in a clear and timely manner. Assist with basic care tasks related to the child's overnight routine, such as comforting, repositioning, or light cleanup if needed. Respect family privacy and maintain professionalism at all times. Qualifications Previous experience caring for young children, preferably toddlers. Basic to intermediate ASL, preferred. Experience supporting children with autism or developmental differences is preferred. Ability to remain calm, patient, and responsive during overnight hours. Strong communication skills and a dependable, professional approach. Ability to follow instructions and adapt to the child's individual routine and needs. Trustworthy, attentive, and comfortable working independently. CPR/First Aid certification & Mandated Reporter training or willingness to obtain if required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Traits Warm and nurturing demeanor. High level of reliability and punctuality.
