A Special Education Teacher teaches students who have disabilities, and adapts teaching methods to meet the needs of students. Assesses students and helps to develop individualized education plans that specify the services and accommodations needed for each student. Works in a classroom that includes only students with IEPs, or works with students and teachers in regular classes. For students with severe disabilities, may focus on developing skills for independent living. Works as part of a team that includes therapists, school counselors or social workers.

Do you love kids? Do you love to be outside? Come join an amazing group of teachers! We are looking for another part-time cleaner and closer teacher, helping with the end of the day. Someone who feels confident in leading the closing team and communication with administration. We can't wait to meet you :) Simply Giggle is a small location licensed for less than 50 kiddos. All kids ages from 6 weeks- 5 years.
Requirements:
Teaching qualifications (We can help you obtain) CPR/First Aid qualified (preferred when hired but must obtain) Reliable Communication Skills Fast Paced work environment Multitasking Lift/carry 50lbs.
Duties include:
Communication with teachers and parents Following center procedures and licensing requirements Helping with daily duties & chores Following routine Creative Time/Art Knowing the number of children in your care Keeping the classroom clean and presentable Having fun!!!
