Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Special Education teaching certification Experience supporting elementary-age students, preferably in a school setting Adaptability to move seamlessly to a new classroom as needed Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues Passion for creating inclusive, supportive classroom environments Positive, proactive approach to individualized lesson planning and progress tracking

Key Responsibilities:
