Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Valid Wisconsin teaching license appropriate to the listed positions (Special Education or 1809 for 4K Teacher) Experience or substantial interest in working with students requiring differentiated instructional approaches Background supporting students with Autism, significant disabilities, or medical care needs is highly desirable for self-contained classrooms Strong collaboration skills with fellow educators, therapists, and support staff Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Adaptability for managing diverse student needs across elementary and middle school levels
